These Terms govern your use of Arena Invaders (the "Game"), operated by Vladimir Tudor. By playing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least [13 / 16 / 18, per your jurisdiction] to play and to make purchases, and have any required parental consent.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share credentials or impersonate others.

3. Virtual currency & items

• "Gold", ships, weapons, and cosmetics are a limited, revocable license to use in-game features. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not your property.
• They are non-transferable between accounts.
• Purchases of gold are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the payment provider's policy.
• We may change prices, balance, or availability, and may modify or discontinue items or the Game at any time.

4. Purchases

Payments are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record, under Gumroad's terms. Taxes are handled by Gumroad. Refund requests are subject to Gumroad's policy and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, tamper with the client or network traffic to gain currency or scores, reverse engineer the service, or harass other players. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its code, art, and audio are owned by Vladimir Tudor and protected by law. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to play; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior [12] months.

8. Termination

You may stop playing anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means you accept them.
