This Privacy Policy explains how Vladimir Tudor ("we", "us") handles your information when you play Arena Invaders (the "Game"), whether via the website or the Chrome extension.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the Game work: Google (sign-in), Gumroad (payments), and our hosting/database provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage (not advertising cookies) for your session and settings. Third-party providers (Google, Gumroad) may set their own cookies governed by their privacy policies.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep your account and progression data while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us at vladimirtudor40@gmail.com. Depending on your location you may have additional rights (e.g. GDPR/CCPA).

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under [13 / 16, per your jurisdiction]. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data (e.g. encrypted connections, hashed session tokens). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate.
